Chehlum committee is established on 1980 A.D by Sayyed Mukhtar Hussain. The purpose of this committee is to oraganized Majis and procession in the remembrance of martyr Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S).

Bugz e Ali mein jo bhi Saqifa, Shura kare
Dozakh bhi aise log se bachne dua kare
Sab kuchh sunaai deta hai Man Kunto ke siwaa?
Tum sa na behra aur kisi ko Khuda kare

Log kehte the Khuda, wo raha banda ban kar
Ab Wilaayat ko sharaf bakhshega Maula ban kar
Yaa Ali tum ne khilaafat pe bhi ehsaan kiya
Kaabil e Zikr banaaya hai Khalifa ban kar
