Chehlum committee is established on 1980 A.D by Sayyed Mukhtar Hussain. The purpose of this committee is to oraganized Majis and procession in the remembrance of martyr Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S).

Shaur-e-Meesum-e-Tammare banke bolenge
Khilafe Majliso Matam agar kisine kaha
Qasam Husain ki Mukhtar banke bolenge
