Chehlum committee is established on 1980 A.D by Sayyed Mukhtar Hussain. The purpose of this committee is to oraganized Majis and procession in the remembrance of martyr Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S).

Quran ke waris ne musalla nahi choda,
Sar tan se juda ho gaya Sajda nahi choda,
Darbar me boli bhi to Lehje me Ali (as) ke,
Zainab (sa) ne kisi Haal me parda nahi choda

Hussain (as) bun ke Zamane pe cha gai Zainab (sa),
Zabane teg se kufa hila gai Zainab (sa),
Kasam Khuda ki ye ehsaan-e-Binte Zehra (sa) hai,
Hume Hussain (as) ka Matam sikha gai Zainab (sa)
