Chehlum committee is established on 1980 A.D by Sayyed Mukhtar Hussain. The purpose of this committee is to oraganized Majis and procession in the remembrance of martyr Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S).

Abbas (as) ke parcham se shafa manga karo,
Shabbir ke sadqe me sada manga karo,
Agar chahte ho Gaazi razi rahay tumse,
Sakina (sa) ke waseelay se Dua Manga karo

Sirat me Ali (as) hai, to Shuja'at me Ali (as) hai,
Surat me Ali (as) hai, to Sakhavat me Ali (as) hai,
Raftar me guftar me, Kirdar me Aksar,
Abbas (as) ko dekha to hakikat me Ali (as) hai
